Deadlines and fees

IMPORTANT DATES AND DEADLINES

Deadlines for participants who intend to participate with FULL PAPER or ONLY ABSTRACT:

Abstract submission – 31 January 2025
Notification of abstract acceptance – by 25 February 2025
Submission of full paper – 05 March - 30 April 2025
Registration – extended deadline: 15 April

Please note that an additional fee (e.g., APC) may apply depending on the journal!

REGISTRATION AND FEES

Registration is open from 05 March 2025.

Participation is free for one presenter per accepted presentation, which includes a sandwich lunch, finger foods, refreshments, and the gala dinner. Additional authors of the same paper are required to pay a registration fee of 100 EUR, covering the same benefits: a sandwich lunch, finger foods, refreshments, and the gala dinner.

Optional programmes and networking events may be available for an additional fee, with exact costs announced later based on the specific activities.

Submission

Full Paper Submission Guide for Authors

We are pleased to announce that the full paper submission is now open! Authors who have an accepted abstract are invited to upload their full paper following the guidelines below.

Authors who have already submitted an abstract are now required to modify their existing submission and upload the full paper document.

Submission deadline: April 30, 2025

Please note that submitting and publishing a manuscript is only possible if the paper is presented at the conference. Therefore, either the author or one of the co-authors must be available to deliver the presentation in person.

Submission Process

1. Log in to the submission platform: https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/TESIC2025 (Suggested Platform: Google Chrome)

2. Find your existing abstract submission.

3. Edit your submission to include the full paper, ensuring it adheres to the official template.

4. Confirm that all details, including authorship and subject area, remain accurate.

5. Submit the updated version.

Review and Selection Process

Once submitted, papers will undergo a review process, and authors will be notified of their paper's status:

Selected Paper for Journal Submission: If your paper is recommended for journal publication, the review process will continue within the respective journal.
Proceedings Publication: If your paper is selected for the conference proceedings, the review process will continue within the CMT system.

Authors will receive email notifications regarding their submission status and further steps.
